The Purpose of this Workshop is:
To help busy board members better understand the roles and responsibilities of boards, and the basics of adopting a strategic approach to the management of governance challenges. This one-day workshop is designed to help board members to understand the complexities of international schools within our ever-changing world and to think strategically within a multicultural environment
